The size of mini-storage warehouse space you may need will vary, depending upon what you have to store.  Here are our sizes, prices, and generally, what we know they will hold:

5 x 10 -  $39 per month (will hold most everything from a 1 BR apartment)
10 x 10- $68 per month (2 BR apartment or a large 1 BR apartment full of furniture and appliances)
10 x 15- $81 per month (3 BR apartment or 2 BR house full of furniture and appliances, 2 jet skis)
10 x 20- $94 per month (1 car garage size, large 3 BR house full of furniture and appliances)
10 x 25- $108 per month(4 BR house, bass boat, 4 jet skis)
10 x 30- $120 per month (5 BR house, boats, cars, jet skis, tractors
12 x 30-$135 per month(cuddy cabin cruiser boats, cars, larger equipment, larger houses)
10 x 40- $150 per month
Outside storage- $1 per foot of length of item per month, $35 per month minimum.

We collect 1/2 of one month's rent plus the prorated portion of the current month's rent at move-in time.  Then rent is due the first of each month as long as you stay.  You get your deposit refunded after you've moved out, so long as you provide us 10 days notice before cleaning your storage space out, the space is left clean, and there is no past due rent at the time.
