We accept the following forms of payment for your costs related to mini-storage warehouse rental-

- American Express
- Discover
- Cash
- Check
- Money Order
- Debit Card
All rental payments are due the first of each month and are subject to a $10 late fee if paid after the 7th of each month. If the 7th falls on a day when the office is closed for a Sunday, a Personal day, or a Holiday, then the next business day will be considered the 7th of the month.
Payments by credit card/debit card can be taken over the phone, but we do not accept check by phone payments.
We have drop boxes at our Pollack Avenue, St. George Road and North Cullen Avenue locations where after hours payments by check or Money Order can be made. Please be sure to include either the name of the tenant on the lease or the unit number if making a payment in this fashion.
